Returns Policy
Items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty. Please contact us at sales@b-youclothing.co.uk to arrange your return. Personalised and tailor-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We aim to refund you within 10 days of having received the returned item.
Terms and Conditions
We founded B-You Clothing with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values and we know that the better our service, the more customer loyalty we enjoy. Our terms and conditions are detailed below.
Acceptence:
By placing an order on this site, you accept and agree to abide by all these terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy:
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share any customer details with any 3rd parties. Please see privacy policy for full details.
Orders:
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation email, your order will be processed within 7-10 working days. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have selected 48 Hour tracked delivery you will also receive tracking information.
Delivery:
Delivery times stated are approximate. If an order is required by a certain date, please indicate this in the order notes at the checkout stage and we will try our very best to provide this. Order processing are stated in terms of working days (Mon-Fri 9am - 4.00pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders placed on a non-working day (Sat-Sun and bank holidays), will be processed on the next working day. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all contact details, including the delivery address, are correct and that the customer is able to accept the delivery at the address given,
Garment Care:
Wait 24 hours before 1st wash
Turn garment inside out
Machine wash max 40°C
Do not tumble dry
Iron inside out
Do not dry clean
Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents
Garments:
In some cases, garments can be out of stock, if this is the case we will notify the customer.
Garment sizes given on the site are provided by the manufacturer. They are reasonably accurate but are given as a guide only. As all orders are personalised to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange due to sizing. If you are unsure of which size to order, please contact us for actual garment measurements.
