My Story

I am a Mum of two, a wife, and a business woman. I am also someone who suffers with anxiety. Tough is an understatement for dealing with this part of my life. I felt like everything was going to go wrong and I couldn't understand why, my kids are wonderful, my husband fully supportive and a great Father, I have the most amazing family that always look out for me and my business was going in the right direction.
There is the possibility that the death of my Father around this time triggered something inside me, whatever it was, I knew I was not coping. Counselling was next, I worked on how to deal with panic attacks and my breathing exercises, even though this helped, things were still tough. We moved house and my other business continued to thrive, my life started to get easier to deal with. 
B-You Clothing started as a way for me to remind myself that things are getting better, when I put my T shirts on and looked in the mirror I instantly felt more positive. People I knew would mention the quotes and that made me feel good, it also made them feel good. All of a sudden, I noticed something good had come from something that affected me so badly, highlighting mental health awareness to all who walked past me. Therefore the decision was made to give it a go, to see if I can help others live with a little more positivity and help spread the happiness. Ultimately I want this business to be the best Mental Health clothing brand globally, because it is truly here for you.
